Leah Brown FRSA MSoM LLB is a corporate M&A lawyer turned social entrepreneur. Called to the Bar in 2011, she owes her legal career to Freshfields and Simpson Thacher, and had a dynamic and impactful
career establishing herself as general counsel and company secretary with the successful exit of Goldman Sachs-baked Trussle to SoftBank-backed proptech unicorn, Beer.com.
Leah has made a name for herself advising on corporate and charity governance and working with leaders and organisations navigating complexity in the UK and abroad.
She launched The WayFinders Group (formerly Broadstairs Consulting) in 2023. Since then, the business has been forging a new path in sports, politics, and media. She is an accredited panel mediator for Canterbury Christ Church University and is on the faculty of the Society of Mediators. She is on the Unseen UK and Big Green Heart boards and is a Board Advisor to Kent Cricket.
